There are, however, some things we cannot do much about. Knowledge is a powerful thing, though, and there are factors we can influence with a resulting better protection of our genetic weak spots, rather than a continued aggravation of them.
No matter how clean our environment or how good our genetic make up is, good health is totally dependent on essential nutrients to function at an optimum (or better) level. These nutrients must come from what we eat. Vitamins, minerals, enzymes, water, amino acids carbohydrates, lipids – these are involved in ALL the bodily processes – infection protection, building and repair of tissues, thinking and generally keeping the whole body working.
We all know we have to plan ahead for many of life’s crisis. With that in mind we take out Car, Life and even Health insurance in a plan ahead for possible financial hardship.
What about Nutritional Hardship?
We usually spend more on looking after cars, houses and even the gardens than we do on our bodies’ health! What is really spent on REALLY GOOD nutritional help? It’s probably not often given a second thought.
Does that make ANY sense at all. We’ve said it before: Without our Health – what do we have?
The best way to start is to get an understanding of the basics of how or bodies function.
What Happens if You Become Overdrawn with Your Nutritional Bank Account?
If we constantly feed our bodies with a diet that is deficient in essential nutrients as well as coping with the environmental stress and pollution of normal life, then our overall health status will drop. This state is called sub-optimal health – our bodily needs are not being met.
The most amazing fact is though, that the bodily resilience will not necessarily degenerate into total ill-health. Sub-optimal health is often a very subtle and gradual thing.
This gradual decline in health can often be difficult to notice. Pointers could include:
- Poor, unrefreshing sleep patterns
- Skin Problems (often aggravated more by chemicals in personal care products)
- Digestive problems
- Mood swings
- Aches and pains
Interestingly none of these pointers may raise alarm bells because we have become conditioned to think these are “just the way life happens”…..However we should be aware and take note that things may not be quite right.
If a crisis hits, be it a stress event (emotional, work, accident of some kind), a bug – you name it…. If any of these hit when nutritional reserves are low or even totally used, the nutritional bank account is bankrupt and illness generally occurs.

More Energy and Nails are stronger
Within a few days of taking the minerals, I was able to get up much earlier in the mornings and feel wide awake upon waking.
