People also expect others to take care of them – NO matter what they do to themselves; either through what they eat, drink or of course smoke, let alone drug taking.

The doctor will put us right and we can rely on the NHS to keep us going…..or CAN we??

Great health is NOT difficult to achieve!

But it does take a bit of learning and the will to put a few things into practice.
